  Hey there! Thanks for the kind words. My mom has actually been really nice, and it's a bit frightening! My relationship of 10 years with my GF ended the day before my surgery, by somewhat mutual understanding, but we still live together-- so that is really rough right now. I also have some really big legal issues going on, and that is overwhelming too, as well as financial worries.....it is enough to shut me down, to be honest. But I try to stay positive. The pain is less each day, that I do note! I have a little more energy to do things today than yesterday, etc. All of that is good!
