  Ooooh, I really don't know. I'm not sure whether you should tamper with them too much. There are several brands that do the open-toe version and they don't tend to be very expensive. Maybe you can check with your pharmacy what they can order? Otherwise they are available online. Since where you are it's quite hot it might be a useful investment...
