I contracted MRSA in my mastectomy wound in Dec 2007. I am now looking to have a reconstruction done but am being meant with very upsetting behaviour from nurses who make me feel like I'm a leper. They won't answer my questions about MRSA i.e. do I still have it? and mark my file in huge MRSA letters and make me feel guilty.
