My eldest son was recently diagnosed with ADHD. We had known for most of his schooling so far that he has "quirks" and tried various behavioral strategies, they didn't work for him, thus the psych and diagnosis. The past year was really overwhelming for me and my son, who is 9.
I'm hoping to find motivation and support as I try to find the healthier size for myself. I have been significantly overweight since I was 8, and am constantly trying to become healthier! Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
