      sorry you are going through a hard time with your boy friend. i do understand your fears and concerns. you might want to go with him to his cardiologist so that you can ask your own questions. i don't think there is any easy answer for you, take your time in making your life long decisions.

      My boyfriend has congenital heart disease and has had two open heart surgeries. He is now 30 years old and has asked me to marry him. I have been living in denial of his medical condition due to my loss of my father when I was a child, however am trying to understand it since we are planning to get married.
