Just to answer your post...I go to Yoga classes, I Meditate, Eat a healthy diet and talk to a terrific Therapist. I don't take Medication. I use to, but the side effects got to me. None of the things mentioned works fast, but are more lasting with no side-effects. You can take medication to start with and add other things as you can. Hope you're OK. Hugs!
I have been fighting depression for over 15 years now. I have been on many different meds throughout the past years. Currently on Lexapro & Hydroxydine. And lately I have been going backwards again. I think if i keep going like I have been, I will end up in another institute for the 5th time, I dont want to do that, so I have searched the web and found something I knew about from being instiutionalized before. I am checking out another option for help. I think I will benefit mostly from it. Here is the information on it.
