C-PTSD is complex post traumatic stres disorder. Its basically the same as PTSD, but it develops from a longer-term situation, as opposed to a one-off action like being involved in a bank robbery or something. There's lots of articles that explain it a bit more clearly if you google "C-PTSD". Basically the "C" just differentiates the situation as being long-term.
