I'm usually an optimist, I care about the people in my life and like to make sure they know, whether it be by just listening to them or sending them a card just because.My boyfriend has Bipolar we have been together for 5yrs. now and have a 2yr. old son who is are daily sunshine : ) .... We are living with my mother currently who has started showing signs of dementia. Trying to help care for her and still have time for my own family has been tough at times. I guess you could say I have a habit of trying to be there for everyone and taking on more then I can handle at times....

Thanks girl....it is hard, but its whats best for me, I do love him, but I dont love who he is now and it looks like he isn't willing to change...but its ok I am going to make it through this...its actually easier than I thought it would be. I hope your doing good.

Close Family & Friends of Bipolar
I have been in a relationship for 5 yrs now with a man who has BP and I thought this group might be able to help me understand him better, I am always trying to find way make our relationship stronger.
Close Dementia
I have been living with my mom for a yr. now helping care for her because of a stroke she had 2yrs. ago which has caused the beginning of dementia and it's starting to get hard for me to cope with, so I was hoping this group would help me with some of that., so if anyone has any advice let me know, thanks : )
Open Fibromyalgia
I've had fibro. for 8yrs now and went through a lot of meds until I found the one that works the best for me. Stress still plays a major part in the out brakes of pain.
Treatments
- Effexor Working / Worked
- I find this to work the best for me. I notice if I miss a dose or 2 I have much pain and anxiety, so I make sure to take every day.
- Heat Working / Worked
- really helps when my pain is bad.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- helps me with the anxiety.

I have a 2yr.old son who is very active.
