      As a child my mum and dad split when i was barely 2, I was sexually abused by my step father from the age of 5 which I eventually spiraled into depression. I never lived in one place longer then a few years. I found it extremely difficult growing up trying to keep in contact with the friends that i did make. Now as a young adult I get very down in the dumps about not having any friends to confide in about issues that may trouble me and even just people to call on to hang out with.

      you seem to be in a situation like mine.
      we must reconcile to the truth that all of us may not, during all times in our life, get a close friend.
      But this sitution is temporary, and you will be gettin a close friend in the foreseeable future. but you gotta be patient.
