I was diagnosed with ADHD in college in 2006. I struggled for many years, and blamed everyone else around me for my lack of focus. I began shutting people out and craving to be completely alone, believing that was the only way I could get anything done. I finally sought help, and it changed my life. I still feel the need for support as I keep my problem confidential from everyone. I hope to help others as well as receive advice on coping with ADHD.

It helps me focus like other people can. However, I severely dislike how it suppresses my appetite and hinders my sleeping patterns.
