With the exception of a few sips of juice here or there, I've stuck to my Healthy Eating Plan for a full two weeks now! I eat regularly, 4 to 6 hours in betwee, and I'm waking up earlier. I'm still working on that, I need to stay disciplined and get up early! The walking has become a little harder; my anxiety creeps up and I find I talk myself out of it. But with my MP3 player hooked in, I can usually get through it. Speaking of, I should go for a walk now!
