About Me
I am currently unemployed, taking computer classes and planning to go back to work. I was the Director of a computer training school. I have two children and two grandchildren. I consider myself to be outgoing and have alot of loyal friends. My family is small, all of our relatives with the exception of our children are now gone. I love to go for long walks, ride my bike, read, go to movies and garden. I would love to do more traveling.

Thanks
Thank you for your kind advice. I will look into it and see if there is one in our neighbourhood. It is so hard to fall asleep and like you said hopefully someday it will happen. I hope you have a good day. Hugs Linda

Hug
Hi there, thought maybe you could use a hug today. Wanted to also welcome you to the group. I would have never survived losing my husband (in November 2007) without this great group of people. I'm sorry for your loss, but want assure you this is a good group of people. It's been years since I was in Cotati, but I still have family in Northern California (Petaluma, Kelseyville, and elsewhere) - I think I actually celebrated my 20th birthday in Cotati - a very long time ago! Anyway, just wanted to say 'hi' and 'welcome'! Hugs, Martha

After 43 wonderful years of marriage, I lost my husband to lung cancer last year. He was diagnosed and gone within 6 months. My family came home to stay with me over the last year but have now moved out and I am reliving the loneliness that I felt when he passed away. I also suffered from anxiety attacks after losing my job, which were exacerbated with my husband's illness and loss.
