      Hello! Jenny here! I was diagnosed with bilateral pulmonary emboli on 6/13/09. I'm a 48 year old non-smoking, w/ no previous history of PE. History of mild varicosities. Possible risk factors: was taking oral biosynthetic progesterone (no estrogen). Deep tissue massage may have freed up the thrombi. Will consult w/ a Hematologist tomorrow. I am very resistant to coumadin & lovenox

      After 3 1/2 weeks of oral Coumadin and injectible Lovenox, my INR has dropped again to 1.6. Wondering if I'm coumadin resistant
