Feeling a little happier today. Been talking to my mother everyday about my thoughts and mood. she is very encouraging.

- Haven't had patience to work on it.

- Bad stomach pains

- Doesn't do much

- Good temporary help.
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Made a lot of progress, but caused start of suicidal ideation.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- Taking it for suicidal ideation. Worked in the past, but not now.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- Seems to work.
- Trazodone Working / Worked
- Taking it now. Not sure if its working.Used to take it for sleep. Helped. Suicidal thoughts are less thank g-d.
