I am a 45 year old female with a relatively normal life. However in April 2007 I was in a sever motorcycle accident and contracted Hospital acquired MRSA in my fractured tibia and fibula (osteomylitis). I would like to post my recovery story to let others suffering with MRSA infections that there is hope.

Treatments
- Bactrim DS Somewhat Helpful
- I was prescribed Bactrim as an oral provolactic and was told I might need to be on this antibiotic the rest of my life.
- Bactroban Somewhat Helpful
- Used topically - again, not the cure
- Vancomycin Somewhat Helpful
- Can't say this was the cure, but after a total of 26 weeks of IV antibiotics and the use of stabilized allicin, my infection began to clear and my bones healed
