84 days gamble free, and today I will NOT blow it.
I think this is going to be the toughest day of the year for me to get through. It is Melbourne Cup day, the biggest gambling day of the year in Australia.
There are people EVERYWHERE talking about horses, placing bets, etc etc. It's horrible and depressing. I am certainly tempted, but I know I need to stay strong, because I am a GAMBLING ADDICT and therefore am unable to control myself. I've been so good lately and I know I can get through this day. It's just hard when people all around me are talking about betting.
TODAY, I will NOT gamble.
End of story. I will NOT.
