Hi ya its Deb here from the smoking recovery group. I see you have been smokefree for 98 days. Thats a huge achievement, you should reward yourself.Ive been smoke free for nearly 5 months and on the weekend I wanted to smoke so badly I felt like screaming. I try the 5 D,s when I crave delay distract deep breathe drink water and DS (this site) It usually works real well. I spose we just have to give it more time, I mean we smoked for a heck of a long time so its gunna take a while before we feel comfortable in our quit. Take care and yell if ya need help Hugssssss Deb

Hi Eazy- I sharing this with you as a warningt- not to scare you- but I quit 2 times in the past 3 years for 100 days each time and started back up right around the 100 day mark. So do be careful- I dont know what it is- maybe kind of like youre so excited to get to 100 days thewn you feel a let down and just lose your strength. So this time I was very aware and really focused on staying mentally healthy. JHust keep remembering- not one puff EVER!!!!

Treatments
- Nicotine Gum Not Working
- Nicotine Patch Not Working
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- First few weeks were difficult with the side effects; I'm only on 150mg per day. I was able to get over the side effects and so far have been successful in quitting. (3mos and counting).
