Love all the pics, it'll be so much fun to post photos again in a few months to look at the differences! hang in there, I have been eating but not loving it... this morning I am starting out with a decaf faux carmel machiato on ice....tastes good with 20 g protein, I need to get serious about protein now. I am growing my hair long again after years of it short if I lose it, I'll have to cut it and start all over again. protein protein protein! take care -Angela

I am having surgery on July 14th. I am really having a hard time with my pre-op diet. I have a constant headace,tired and moody.
