51-year-old divorced mother of 2 daughters grown and out of the home, hoping to find a social networking site and support through this forum. I work from home and am definitely a homebody. I've had a very traumatic life both as a child and during an abusive marriage. I am in search of inner peace and letting go of past baggage. Basically, I am in search of self worth and to not feel like an utter failure.

I read your statement about having your pet-baby cremated and buried with you. I don't think is crazy at all. Don't let ANYONE ever make you feel like you have to explain or justify your love and devotion to your baby. In fact, I had requested that my family do the same for me when I had my Leibchen cremated in 2006. I want her to be with me too. Some people just don't "get it", ...but WE do. Peace

Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI am socially isolated. I work from home, one daughter does not speak to me (long story), other daughter is there for me when she needs something from me, im very depressed and just need someone to talk to on occasion.
