The urges are strong.  They come and go.  My mother-in-law came and visited last night.  She mentioned about going to the casino and play bingo.  I was sooooo tempted to go.  Good thing I fell asleep on the couch after they left from a busy work day.  I received my income tax refund and the urge to try "just a little" is strong.  But I have find ways to keep me out of there.  I think I will do the grocery shopping today instead.
