fucking broke my two week sober trend and got black out wasted last night. Showed up at my ex's house trying to break in. he wants absolutely nothing to do with me. i want to get rid of thi horrible feeling of regret. i cant take it anymore. everyone thinks im psycho and everything i regret as been an affect of alch. i'm done. No more drinks.

Sounds like you need AA. A good sponser can help you heal. I too gravitate towards booze, but it is a depressant and just makes matters worse! My prayers are with you~Take Care,Katie
