My sexual problems are psychological rather than physical.
Close Self-Injury
I started cutting when I was 14. I was in a very isolated, stressful and painful family situation that I have been away from for two years now. I don't cut often (just a few times a year) but I do have urges. I'm afraid it could get worse...
Treatments
- Red Marker Somewhat Helpful
- I used to do this, and it relived the urge to cut temporarily, but the act of making red lines on my arm got me into a 'cutting mode.'
- Talking Working / Worked
- I like to call a non-emergency hotline. That way, I don't feel like im burdening my friends with my problems, and I get good advice.
