Support Groups
Close Incest Survivors
I am here for support and to offer support. I am wanting to write a book about my experience. Just not sure how to go about it or if I am have the courage to do it. I have not had good luck finding support groups on line, till today (I hope). I have been married 31 1/2 years and have 3 grown sons and a Grandson.

- Trying to eat more organic fruits and veggies and incoprating it all in my diet.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I started my liftestyle change last June 19, 2008 and have lost 48 lbs. I was walking pretty much everyday at the beginning. I joined the Gym in March of this year and my workouts have slowed down because of injuries received lifting weights and kickboxing classes.

- Have benn on it for over a year now and getting close to my goal. I am a little scared to stop taking it. Dont want to gain back anything. I know its not working like it did when I first stared.
