Well yesterday me and my therapist got me on a exercise bike for the first time in over 5 years. I only did it for 6 min and 4 for resistant. Its so pathetic because I used to ride for 10-15 min with 8-12 for resistant for a warm up. My leg was not liking me at all between pain and tightness and then she wanted me to walk it out (funny). She wants me to do that 2 times a week by myself and then 2 with her. Its flustrating because I used to run 3-5 miles at a clip and ride a bike to change it up. I will push forward it just really sucks to be so out of shape. Back in 2005 I had a body fat of 15% not bad for someone in his 30's.
