      I am on an extended business trip in Japan and do not have the support systems in place to deal with my new diagnosis. I was diagnosed on 03/26/09 and at that time I had CD4 of 143 and viral load of 35,000.000 plus. The freaky things is after this bloodwork came back my doc wait 2.5 months before putting me on meds. Not sure what to think about that.
