today was ok for a change.  got out in the world which is good for me cuz i usually can't cope out in it.  i have panic attacks and get scared round a lot of people.

    I'm like that too. I have a hard time going out by myself if my fiance is at work and can't go with me. Sometimes I have to though, like when I have to do some errands.
    Well I'm glad you were able to go out, stay strong!!
