  thanks. im sorry that you arent feeling good. i am suffering from a migrane and a bad trip to therapy today. peerimenapause sucks! its ruining my training for my half marathon in january. the one and only thing (besides my kids) that i feel that ive done well at!!! and i may not be able to do it. whats left if i cant run? not much. other people disagree with me. im here if you need me also.....

  Don't give up on your weight loss just because you no longer have your physicians help. Be strong! Continue to watch your diet and exercise when you can. I know it's hard. But you have come this far keep going!
