I really dont know what to do anymore. the one person i love is in the hospital dying from heart problms and an anxiety attack i caused made his heart act up and he is now dying in the hospital from me the only way i can save him is if i leave him forever and thats really hard for me to do i dont want to leave him forever but i think i have to
