Close Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)
I have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia again, after 15 years. I was young (18) when I first was diagnosed, but my BS regulated itself after a few years. I am now back, starting this ride again.
Treatments
- Dietary Modification Too Soon to Tell
- I am 2 days into my new lifestyle. Its more emotional right now than physical as I love food. I have been dealing with depression and anxiety for a while. I was really disgusted when the diagnosis came down it seemed to make me feel worse! I have headaches on and off trouble sleeping and some palpitations. I know its going to take a while to feel better.
