I am off to a good start anyway. Today I decided that despite how down I felt I was going to run on the treadmill anyway.
I ran for 35 min which is amazing seeing as I haven't been on it in months. I did take a break in the run, but overall I think I did pretty well. I followed up by practicing my golf swing in the back yard. My workout was soo good it put me in a really good mood. I hope that is something I can remember tomorrow when I don't feel like getting up and working out.
My personal goal for tomorrow is to think positively despite the things that happen throughout the day. Right now that is a struggle for me as I usually only see the things I fail at.
