Today is not a good day but soon I will go home and sleep. I no longer nap, I sleep very soundly for three hours, and still go to bed by 10 and sleep 7 - 8 hours more.
It takes all of my energy to go to work for the week - I only work Monday to Thursday and try to keep my days to a maximum of 6 hours. Friday, I sleep all day just to be feeling "OK" on the weekend. Saturday and Sunday's I have a three hour nap and sleep soundly at night.
When will I feel better??? I'm tired of being exhaused and in pain.
