I am a 49-yr old Christian who is happily married to my best friend for two years. In Jan'09 my husband was hospitalized with a bleeding varice, and diagnoised with Cirrhosis. His MELD score is currently holding around 19, and is on the Transplant Waiting List. He sufferes with HE, and has been sober for 13 months.
