Journal Entry for September 7, 2009 Mood
Monday, September 7, 2009 | A General Update story
Well.. I had my Neurophcological exam and it consists of tons of what seems like pointless quetions that keep being asked but in different ways. Then you are asked to listen to a story that the doctor says to you and repeat it. He does this three times. He also says words and numbers and you are to repeat that. The test took 4 hours and when the results came back the doctor said I had a (Genuine Disorder) And to think he got paid for that answer when I knew that for the last two years. Lol The good thing about the test is the Doctors did find that I have Tonic Clonic left temporal frontal seizures. They said it is indeed due to the brain injury that occured when I was attacked. Now I have to see a speech therapist to help me with (recall and cognitive) problems and to help me to relearn how to write and remember things. Oh well.. Just wanted to update everyone on the wonderful world I call my life... Lol. Have a great day everyone! Talk to all again soon. :-)

Neuro Pschycological tests Mood
Saturday, July 11, 2009 | A Call For Help story
Has anyone had one of theses tests for Epilepsy? the way it sounds it reminds me of the guy who listens to you talk as he writes in a book saying you are crazy and loads you up with lots of meds... Does anyonne know the truth of what this is and what is done... I have one at the beginning of August. What do I need to do? They told me it was going to take about three or so hours. What could ever take so long? Can someone help? Thanks... Hugz, Susanna~

what is going on with me Mood
Thursday, July 2, 2009 | A Call For Help story
I have so many questions I do not know where to start. I am so clueless as to what is going on with my body. Can someone please talk to me and tell me about what is happening to me and if this is normal to people with seizures. I have noticed that I am having weird things happening to me... my muscles jerk off and on  throughout the day and night. It reminds me of when you are just going to sleep and something makes your body jump. Is this normal? I also am having a lot of problems with memory. Not just with remembering the seizure but simple things now like words and places that I have know for years. Simple tasks like going to the store are troublesome sometimes because I get disoriented. Example... The other day I was talking to my son and I could not for the life of me tell him that he could find his socks in the closet. Of all the things I could not remember the word Closet... I am so scared and do not know what to do. Can someone please help?
