Close Sleep Apnea
I have Obstructive Sleep Apnea & want to learn as much as I can on how to help myself with it.

- CPAP Working / Worked
- It definately works for me. When I have not used it for a night, I get reminded real fast how lousy I felt the next day caused by lack of sleep. Im using the Opus Nasal Pillows Mask 360. Works perfectly for a good nights sleep for me.
Open Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
I had CT bilaterally. Even though I have had CTR, I still have pain & want to learn new ways to make them stop hurting.
Treatments
- Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery Somewhat Helpful
- It worked to a degree. It's not as painful at all, extremely weak in both wrists, (which is scary to me) & all it takes is a small wipe of the counter & I'm in pain for a few weeks again.
- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- I never noticed either way, but it definately helps my back & neck pain!
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- When it really hurts, I take an 800mg Ibuprofen & within a half an hour, it really helps alot.
- Wrist Splint Working / Worked
- They help by absorbing much of the wt & I can't twist my wrists while they're on.

- I use it when my patches start flaring. Seems to be clearing them well.
- Evening Primrose Oil Not Working
- I take this for female reasons. Didn't know that it would help this too. In that case, no, I don't think it's helped- I just had a terrible flare up!
- Hydrocortisone Working / Worked
- It worked when I used it, but my skin has thinned terribly where it's been applied-which Dr.'s told me would happen, but when you're itching real bad, as long as the itch is gone...... I'll never use it again.
- Melaleuca Tea tree oil Too Soon to Tell
- Just started using.
