  I had to be on Cipro non stop basically from late April until my surgery July 30th. Every time I stopped, after about 3 days the pain came back. I stopped the Flagyl after about a month because I was getting too sick on it. Have you been in hospital on IV meds? I was in week of May 18th and started on them before switching to po meds. If you don't recover, maybe you need a few days NPO on IV meds. I hope you feel better. Don't hesitate to call your doctor if you have pain. Take care, Mary Anne

  Thank you so much for your kind words. Today I'm starting to feel better - finally. I just hope I don't get side effects from the Flagyl (that is nasty stuff). Good luck to you and I hope you don't continue getting reoccurances.
