I thought I would introduce myself my name is Sam and I have just got engaged to my boyfriend Charlie. We are hoping to get married next year but I have a slight problem with my weight and I would like to lose weight before I get married. So that I can have the dress that I want.
Now I have never been very good at trying to lose weight but hopefully I can for my wedding. I am being healthy with my meals, no more take aways or fast foods. I am walking in my lunchtime and also exercising 3 times a week either swimming or taking my dog Oscar for a walk.
I need to lose weight fairly quickly for my dress fittings as I don't want to pay for too many alterations.
