About Me
I was Married to my husband 17 years. He was diagnosed with cirrohsis 10 years ago. I was his caregiver at the end. He just couldn't quit drinking. He was a retired police officer for 30 years in Orlando. I believe alot of drinking stems from his profession (much stress). He was a wonderful man when I first met him, but for the last 8 years our relationship took a turn for the worse due to his constant drinking, but stuck by him because he was so sick. I do feel he is in a better place now, even though I miss him so much. I spend alot of time with my grandchildren now and try to keep busy. I am a real estate broker and am hoping things will turn for the better with this economy. I have a great family and spend as much time as I can with them.
