      Brace Too Soon to Tell
      I got a spinecor brace 2 weeks ago. expensive but it has relieved daily pain and I am ridign and competiing in dressage in it already. I am wearing it 3-8 hours a day so far. still a bit irritating as the bands and elastic are not yet fully broken in and soft, but quite survivable.
