Yeah, I was just reading some info saying that the Omega 3 helps with depression in heart patients. I don't know if it is true or not. I've taken it before and couldn't get past the aftertaste. But, I'll keep it in mind... maybe try it again some time.

How are things going without Mirapex? How are you emotionally with everything shaking out?
I wish you could see lighting bugs. They just spell out summer to me. I grew up catching them. They're so pretty. At night, we'd sit on our porch and look out over the yard, and hundreds of the lightning bugs, also called fireflies, would blink on and off, and it would be like looking at the Milky Way reflected from the sky into the yard! It was pretty!

Yup, I'm in Missouri. But I just communicated with someone from Australia yesterday, so you may have read me doing that and that's why you thought I was from Down Under.

I used to live in California and visited Washington a bit -- I worked in the fruit and vegetable industry -- and I miss Pacific time a little. Don't miss the taxes out there, but I do miss the scenery.
Do you all have lightning bugs where you live? My wife, who grew up in California, had never seen lightning bugs until I brought her to Missouri. I never realized, until I moved to California, just how much I could miss an insect. It's those little things that make us happy, the glow of a little insect on a warm summer night.

When it rains, it pours, doesn't it? I think I was having Sympathy RLS for you last night -- managed about 2 hours sleep from 4:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Sorry you had it rough. Good thoughts your way! Happy Fourth!

Close Restless Legs Syndrome
diagnosed sleep apnea (+-9 min sleep at a time)cant use bi/c-pap, tried nose surgery, didnt help, looked at jaw surgery but not enough lower teeth to wire jaw to.
Treatments
- Mirapex Working / Worked
- when all other sleep apnea solutions failed, doctors said, "Well, you also have RLS, want to try a pill for that?" after Mirapex at .25mg, i now sleep 3-5 hours at a time (would be more except for the Lasix getting me up).
