Antivert Somewhat Helpful

Sudden onset Sunday morning. Second experience with Vertigo in the last 6 years. Went to ER, they did blood work, CAT scan, x-rays, and everything came back normal. Antivert relieved nausea and helped me to sleep but still feel lousy. Dull headache, is that normal? Feel like my head is full and mornings when I first get out of bed seem to be the worst time of day for this.
