Close Diverticulitis
About six months ago, I had what I thought was a stomach virus. Vomiting, diarrhea, nuasea, the works. Over the next several weeks, I had recurrent diarrhea and nausea. Now, I have many bad days when I don't even want to get out of bed. The nausea and chills are driving me nuts. Was diagnosed with diverticulities in June, have a colonoscopy scheduled in July. Tired of feeling bad, and my loved ones are tired of me complaining.
Treatments
- Cipro Not Working
- I was allergic to it.
- High Fiber Diet Somewhat Helpful
- Helps with bowel movements, but when it's bad, the fiber does nothing.
Close Celiac Disease
I've been sick for months and this looks like the most likely cause.
Treatments
- Gluten Free Diet Working / Worked
- It's only been a week, but I'm no longer nauseated and cold.
