Judge your self according to media, and casual opinion
Work on ourselves spiritually to ensure a future happiness for our self
Walk through life with walls and fences up at all times to protect your self from invasion of pain and hurt.
All this work is useless like a gardener watering orchids in the swamp
Your Truth can not be improved, only discovered by stopping
