U Can Do it !
I didn't start smoking until I was 30 years old, stupid move. I've tried many times to quit but always seem to go back. I want and need to quit first for myself, also my family. I'd like to prolong my life a little more, I'm sick of the smell and the cost is going higher & higher. I also suffer with cronic pain in my back, which has helped me to continue to smoke. I don't like addictions, and if I ever get through this I'll never look at another.
