  (woman answering the question) I understand that a judgemental woman answering your question in SA, early in your recovery, can be harmful to your recovery.
  However from a females perspective, who has lived through it, I want to encourage you to keep going. The spouse finds it hard to believe this is a real attempt after many slip-ups, at first. So the best thing you can do is to just keep at it, and prove her wrong. The protective wall she has built around herself, will thaw, and your relationship will rebuild over time. So use her doubt as your strength to keep going, it is so worth it.
  I completely understand the idea of a male group, great idea. When you are first in recoevry, it can be hard. And unfortunately many spouses fall into the shaming and anger catagory, and don't understand how damaging that can be when you are struggling day to day. So good idea, if thats what you are needing right now, support from like minded.
  So it must be almost a month, just think how awesome you'll feel when you've reach the next month. Great work Fatal.
