Well, tonight I had a close call. I was doing things I knew would give me trouble to remain sexually sober. I am progressing with a download when I decided to call my parents and just catch up with them and to talk about their July 4th plans. The time away gave me the time and breathing room to think clearly and allow myself to say "I don't have to follow these desires. I don't want to carry through with this."

I can't meet my goal on my own. It is other through God that I can hope to change.
