I just got out of a 9 year abusive relationship with an alcoholic. I am an adult child of an alcoholic and need to break this cycle.

- Reading Not Working
- Talking Not Working
- Music Working / Worked
- I cant put my feelings into a playlist and then I sing really loud in the shower! Music can be powerful and inspiring!

- I work out 5 or 6 days a week. Its my time to be in my head or just zone out depending on the day
