    You are so sweet! Thank you for writing me. I am happy I didn't go for the frosting, etc. I'm really trying to move past it today & start over with my eating plan. So far it's gone better. It's nighttime, though, so I'm trying to stay strong. I also didn't let myself get too hungry tonight - so hopefully that will help me. I can't say I don't feel discouraged that this food addiction is always going to be here (I was pretty depressed at some points today), but I really don't want to give up. I hope you are doing better. You're in my thoughts & I hope things are a little easier for you.

    You poor thing! Being pre-menstrual is the worst! So sorry to hear Saturday was so bad. I hope you are feeling a little better today. I was doing SO well, but just binged on 2 boxes of wheat thins!! I'm so sad. At least I stopped myself before going for the tub of frosting & chocolate chips. Food addiction is SO HARD to live with sometimes!!!

    Thanksgiving is going to be tough for me. What were you going to do? I know my family will be wondering why I'm not eating my favorite foods - & possibly be offended since they cooked them. They wouldn't understand what I'm trying to do here w/my healthy eating. I hate to say I'm going to give in that day, though. I have to give it some thought. Maybe I'll post on the message boards about it too. I hope things are a bit easier for you today. I've been reading a lot from Overeaters Anon & they really believe we need to stay away from our trigger foods to be successful. Easier said than done, though. Hang in there!!

    I wish I had some words of wisdom to help you w/ the bingeing you are going through. You should be proud you've stayed away from sugar, though. It sounds like some of the other foods are "trigger" foods for you (they trigger your binges). Maybe getting rid of those trigger foods and not having them in the house may make things a little bit easier for you. At least you won't be looking at them in the house all the time. I know it probably doesn't solve the bigger problem of why you are bingeing, but maybe it can just make things a bit easier for you. You are definitely in my thoughts. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you.

    I'm so sorry to hear you had a rough night. Congrats for not having sugar, though. I hope you are feeling better today. What types of foods are you bingeing on? I really hope today has been a better day for you.

    Hang in there! Even though you binged last night you still decided to be strong today. That's great! Keep it up. I keep telling myself I'm going to stay strong even if I mess up too. I just don't want to give up this time. I'm so glad you are doing the same. I'll be thinking of you tonight and hoping things go well.

    Just checking in. Sending good wishes your way. Hope you made it through last night w/o bingeing. I did. It was hard, but I did it. It felt so good not to feel sick to my stomach this morning. Just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you and hoping your night went well too. We can do this!
