Still Paying for July 4th Mood
Tuesday, July 7, 2009 | A General Update story

It's 9:58 p.m. on Mon., 7/6.  My feet and ankles are so swollen that I can barely walk.  My pain level is around a "9"; everything hurts and I am totally exhausted.

I'm paying the price for joining my family and all of our dogs for the 4th of July bar-b-q we had on Sat.  I spent most of the day/night sitting down, but still it's pay back time.  This new painful life truly does suck.  Big time.

Spending the 4th with everyone was fun, so the pay back is worth it, but I am so very hesitant to even leave the house anymore.

I did register with yet another job site for nannies, and made changes to my profile on each of them in hopes of attracting more parents to contact me.  Can I even handle a job taking care of little ones?  I honestly don't know.
