  staying off everything is the best way for me drinking, pot somethin always triggers me to use so i stay away. If ya need to talk im here its not gonna be easy i still have cravings ive only been sober for a week im pretty proud of that

  Here is a prayer for you. Heavenly Father, I lift up my friend to you and ask that you strengthen him with your love and mercy to overcome his addiction to drugs and alcohol and help him resolve the issues that are causing him to live this lifestyle. Amen

  That's so awesome!! You can do it! Just when you think you can't, you CAN! You are strong enough and I am always here if you want to talk. I just haven't been on the past few weeks because we were home at my parents in Delaware. I still crave but they are getting better and so am I~ and so are you! Take care and we can talk later!   I also did cocaine when I was 17 and finally stopped when I was 20. I loved it! I so know how you feel! I also was an alcoholic and opiate addict for 15 years. I am taking suboxone right now to help me detox from the opiates withdraw. If you go to NA meetings they will help. It takes time but you will get phone numbers from others and a sponsor and it will work! It's funny but, Doctors can't fix us and therapists can't fix us, only OTHER ADDICTS can fix us. We have to stick together! I am always here if you need to talk! (((Hugs))) Lisa~

  Prayers you will stop. I am clean 20 years now, unofficially, it was hard, but so was life, it got easier, and so did life. If you are willing, you will do it also.

  yes, tell he/she not to contact you anymore. the first week is the hardest.. but you can do this!!
