Treatments
- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- Taking the time to stop and breathe can help. Sometimes this isn't always possible, but when it is, it can reduce stress and anxiety.
- Meditation Working / Worked
- It helps to reduce levels of stress and anxiety and makes me feel refreshed. Its nice to just sit somewhere quiet for a while, and meditate.
- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Difficult to accomplish this one, but when you can, it can and does help! I find that if I can try to think positive about myself and my life, it can lift my mood even when I'm down and stressed out.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- It helps, but if I took it every time I'm anxious, I'd be a walking zombie.
